HOT JOHNNIE’S is an American smokehouse specializing in pastrami, crafted through a meticulous two-week process that starts with small-batch curing and ends with hours of slow smoking in our own kitchen.
Each cut is prepared with intention, resulting in rich, tender, bold meats designed to truly impress. Beyond our signature pastrami, we serve everything from smoked ribs to stuffed potato skins, bringing a fresh and creative touch to BBQ and beloved American comfort dishes.
We are proud to call the San Francisco Castro our home, a neighborhood celebrated for its history, diversity, and culture, and we work every day to honor that spirit through food made with care and character.
